20210831 12020900 1.0 TRUE Parkland Deficient Area Methodology: A copy of the COA 5 Mile ETJ Jurisdiction layer is clipped using the erase geoprocessing tool. The served areas are taken out by this process and shows the areas that are deficient. The layer is now clipped at the edge of the ROW (based on the criteria used in the service buffer layer - transportation classifications and railroads). Then the airport and Balcones Canyonlands Preserves and Water Quality Protection Lands were removed. This data was developed for the City of Austin by utlizing the COA Full Purpose Jurisdiction layer.
