This dataset was created as a subset of the redistricted Commissioner, Justice of the Peace, and Constable Precincts from the 2020 Redistricting effort approved on November 12th, 2021, with the effective date of January 1, 2022 to be used in County Elections. The Voter Precincts nest within the Commissioner, Justice of the Peace, and Constable Precincts and follow Sec. 42.007.  COMBINING INCORPORATED AND UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>https://statutes.capitol.texas.gov/Docs/EL/htm/EL.42.htm#42.007<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/A> when appropriate. The Voting Precincts are reviewed every two years and subject to change when active voters exceed 5,000 within a Voting Precinct.<\/SPAN><\/P>
