Description: This is a polygon layer of requests to participate in the Regional Stormwater Management Program (RSMP). The RSMP is a fee in lieu of detention option for new development or re-development with increases in impervious cover. All requests are logged in this layer which is updated on an as-needed basis. The tabular data for requests is logged in AMANDA and can be located in AMANDA by searching for type RSMP and using the folder_number as the unique identifier. The polygons are created for each unique case based on the area specified by the requestor (a single lot, multiple lots, or another specified area). These areas are approximate and the case file should be referred to for the exact acres and area of participation. The presence of a feature in this layer does not mean that the case was approved for participation in the RSMP.

The tabular data for requests is logged in AMANDA and can be located in AMANDA by searching for type RSMP and using the folder_number as the unique identifier. The polygons are created for each unique case based on the area specified by the requestor (a single lot, multiple lots, or another specified area). These areas are approximate and the case file should be referred to for the exact acres and area of the waiver. The presence of a feature in this layer does not mean that the case was approved for a detention waiver.
