This is a polygon layer of requests for waivers from detention. Development or re-development with increases in impervious cover can apply for a waiver from detention if they can show that there is no adverse impact to downstream properties from stormwater runoff and that there is adequate conveyance to a defined drainage system. All requests are logged in this layer which is updated on an as-needed basis. The tabular data for requests is logged in AMANDA and can be located in AMANDA by searching for type RSMP and using the folder_number as the unique identifier. The polygons are created for each unique case based on the area specified by the requestor (a single lot, multiple lots, or another specified area). These areas are approximate and the case file should be referred to for the exact acres and area of the waiver. The presence of a feature in this layer does not mean that the case was approved for a detention waiver. |
